  1. Oversee the night operations of the hotel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Monitor and manage the front desk, handling any guest inquiries or issues that arise during the night shift.
  3. Supervise and support the night staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and security personnel.
  4. Maintain a high level of customer service at all times, ensuring that guests are satisfied with their stay.
  5. Conduct regular rounds of the hotel to ensure safety and security protocols are being followed.
  6. Manage and resolve any guest complaints or concerns, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
  7. Ensure that all guest requests and special accommodations are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  8. Assist with night audit procedures, including balancing and reconciling accounts.
  9. Train and coach new team members, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.
  10. Maintain accurate records and reports of nightly operations, including occupancy rates and guest issues.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth handover between shifts.
  12. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make suggestions for enhancing the guest experience.
  13. Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  14. Stay updated on hotel promotions, events, and activities to provide guests with accurate information.
  15. Perform any other duties assigned by the Night Manager or General Manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In A Night Shift Or Overnight Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Delegate Tasks And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hotel Operations, Including Front Desk Procedures, Housekeeping, And Security Protocols.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software Commonly Used In The Hospitality Industry, Such As Reservation And Property Management Systems.

  • Availability To Work Overnight Shifts And Weekends, As Well As Being On-Call For Emergency Situations.
