Welcome to the Hilton Hotels team! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Night Manager to join our night operations team. As an Assistant Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our hotel during the night shift. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail.   1. Oversee Night Operations: The Assistant Night Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations during the night shift including front desk, housekeeping, and security.
  2. Ensure Smooth Operations: The main responsibility of the Assistant Night Manager will be to ensure that all hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently during the night shift. This includes addressing any issues that may arise and making sure that all necessary tasks are completed.
  3. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: As a representative of the Hilton Hotels brand, the Assistant Night Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests during their stay. This includes handling any guest complaints or requests in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Train and Supervise Staff: The Assistant Night Manager will be responsible for training and supervising the night shift staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping staff, and security personnel. This includes creating schedules, assigning tasks, and providing support as needed.
  5. Maintain Standards: It is the responsibility of the Assistant Night Manager to ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed during the night shift. This includes maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, as well as enforcing hotel policies for guests and staff.
  6. Handle Nightly Reports: The Assistant Night Manager will be responsible for preparing and submitting nightly reports to management, which may include occupancy rates, revenue, and any incidents that occurred during the night.
  7. Assist with Budgeting: The Assistant Night Manager may be involved in assisting with budgeting for the night shift, including monitoring expenses and making recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  8. Handle Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, the Assistant Night Manager will be responsible for taking appropriate action, such as contacting emergency services and ensuring the safety of guests and staff.
  9. Communicate with Other Departments: The Assistant Night Manager will need to maintain open communication with other departments, such as the morning shift team and management, to ensure a smooth transition between shifts and to address any issues or concerns.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Management Or Supervisory Role In The Hotel Industry, Preferably In A Night Or Evening Shift Capacity.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact And Communicate With Guests And Staff Members From Diverse Backgrounds.

  • Knowledge Of Hotel Operations And Procedures, Including Front Desk, Housekeeping, And Security Procedures.

  • Flexibility To Work Evening And Night Shifts, As Well As Weekends And Holidays, In Order To Ensure Seamless Operation Of The Hotel During All Hours.
