
Assistant Night Manager

- Manage and supervise the night staff, including front desk agents, security personnel, and housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction by providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle any guest complaints or issues, and escalate as needed.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to ensure availability for guests.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel premises to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Assist with scheduling and training of night staff to ensure all roles are adequately covered.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and prepare reports for upper management.
- Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed during the night shift.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the hotel's night operations.
- Assist in managing the night shift budget and controlling expenses.
- Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
- Uphold the Hilton brand standards and values in all interactions with guests and team members.
Prior Experience In Hotel Management Or A Related Field, Preferably In A Luxury Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Coordinate A Team Of Employees.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Guests And Resolve Any Issues Or Concerns.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Including Reservation And Front Desk Systems.
Flexibility To Work Night Shifts And Weekends, As Well As The Ability To Handle Unexpected Situations And Emergencies.
