
Assistant Night Manager

- Greet and welcome guests to the Hilton Hotel in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure that all guests are checked in and checked out efficiently and accurately.
- Assist the Night Manager in overseeing the operations of the hotel during the overnight hours.
- Manage and resolve any guest inquiries, complaints, or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees by enforcing hotel policies and procedures.
- Monitor and respond to all guest requests and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing and maintaining inventory and supplies for the hotel.
- Conduct regular rounds of the hotel to ensure all areas are well-maintained and in proper working order.
- Provide support to the Night Manager in managing the hotel staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols and report any issues or concerns to the Night Manager.
- Act as a liaison between guests and hotel management, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Stay updated on hotel policies, promotions, and special events to effectively communicate with guests.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and lead by example for other hotel staff.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks as required by the Night Manager.
Previous Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In A Hotel Setting.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Strong Knowledge Of Hotel Operations And Procedures, Including Front Desk, Housekeeping, And Food And Beverage Departments.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software Commonly Used In The Hotel Industry, Such As Property Management Systems And Microsoft Office.
Availability To Work Evening And Overnight Shifts, As Well As Weekends And Holidays, To Ensure Efficient Operation Of The Hotel During Peak Hours.
