  1. Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures, room reservations, and guest inquiries.
  2. Train and supervise front desk staff, ensuring that they provide exceptional service and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for guests, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction by responding to feedback and reviews, and taking necessary steps to resolve any issues.
  5. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  6. Assist in creating and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service at the front desk.
  7. Manage and maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and financial transactions.
  8. Prepare and analyze reports related to front desk operations, including occupancy rates and revenue.
  9. Maintain a working knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests with their needs.
  10. Uphold and enforce all safety and security procedures for the front desk area.
  11. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new front desk staff.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to front desk staff.
  13. Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the guest experience.
  15. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times and lead by example for front desk staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Hotel Front Office Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests, Team Members, And Management.

  • Proficiency In Hotel Reservation Systems And Knowledge Of Front Office Operations.
