We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service from the moment they step into our lobby.   • Assist the Front Office Manager in managing and supervising the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out processes, guest inquiries, and reservations.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure that all front desk staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Oversee the scheduling of front desk staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback, taking appropriate action to address any concerns.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the front office budget.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency in front desk operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the guest experience.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and management, providing timely and effective communication.
  • Adhere to all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.

Job Qualifications
  • 2-3 Years Of Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In A Front Office Or Guest Services Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations And Resolve Conflicts Effectively.

  • Proficiency In Hotel Management Software And Reservation Systems, As Well As Knowledge Of Front Office Procedures And Policies.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Train Team Members To Provide Exceptional Service.

  • Flexibility To Work Varying Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays, As Well As The Ability To Multi-Task And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
