We are currently seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team and assist in the daily operations of our front desk. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, train and mentor a team of front desk agents, and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the front office.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests at all times.
  2. Train and mentor a team of front desk agents to ensure they provide the same level of exceptional service.
  3. Assist in the daily operations of the front desk, including managing guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries and concerns, and coordinating with other hotel departments.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Hilton brand at all times.
  5. Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the front office, including managing room availability, room assignments, and reservations.
  6. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  7. Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  8. Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks for the front desk team.
  9. Keep updated on all hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to accurately communicate information to guests and team members.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager or hotel management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Hotel Industry
