- Ensure the safety and security of all guests, staff, and property at Hilton Hotels.
- Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to potential threats.
- Oversee and manage the security team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and review security cameras and other surveillance systems to identify and respond to any suspicious activity.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and housekeeping, to maintain a coordinated approach to security.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents and investigations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies in security management.
- Foster a culture of safety and security awareness among all team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services.

- Act as a liaison between the hotel and guests or authorities in the event of a security incident.
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns related to security in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain and manage security equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning properly at all times.
- Prepare and manage the security budget, ensuring all expenses are within allocated funds.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
- Serve as a role model for the security team, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.
- Continuously strive to improve security measures and procedures to ensure the highest level of safety for all individuals at the hotel.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Security Industry. This Could Include Experience In Law Enforcement, Military, Or Private Security.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Security Procedures And Protocols To Ensure The Safety And Security Of Guests, Employees, And Property.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team.
Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Security, As Well As Industry Best Practices And Emerging Trends In Security Technology.
