  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of property operations, including engineering, maintenance, and housekeeping.
  2. Collaborate with the Director of Property Operations to develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective property management.
  3. Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, as well as brand standards and regulations.
  4. Lead a team of property operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects and repairs.
  6. Monitor and maintain property budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing strategies to achieve financial goals.
  7. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or engineering issues.
  8. Communicate regularly with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless and coordinated operations.
  9. Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program to prolong the life of the property's equipment and facilities.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property operations to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Resolve guest complaints and concerns related to property operations, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  12. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of property operations staff.
  13. Participate in meetings and committees to provide input and make recommendations for property improvements and initiatives.
  14. Maintain accurate records and reports related to property operations, including maintenance logs, inventory, and budget reports.
  15. Adhere to and promote Hilton's core values and culture, acting as a brand ambassador at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Property Operations Or Facilities Management
