  1. Oversee all aspects of the housekeeping department, including managing staff, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  2. Train, develop, and mentor housekeeping team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of all housekeeping supplies and equipment.
  4. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to Hilton standards.
  5. Create and implement standard operating procedures for the housekeeping department.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  7. Handle guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Assist in budget planning and cost control measures for the housekeeping department.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement new and innovative approaches to housekeeping operations.
  10. Uphold and enforce all safety and security protocols and procedures.
  11. Act as a liaison between housekeeping and other departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations for housekeeping staff and provide feedback for improvement.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the housekeeping team.
  14. Attend meetings and training sessions, as required by the hotel management.
  15. Represent the hotel and Hilton brand in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Housekeeping Department, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Housekeeping Operations, Including Cleaning Techniques, Inventory Management, And Budgeting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field Preferred, Or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience.
