- Oversee the operations of multiple Hilton Hotels in the designated area.
- Ensure that all hotels are consistently meeting and exceeding brand standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and mentor hotel management teams to ensure a high level of performance.
- Monitor financial performance of the hotels and implement cost-saving measures where necessary.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and maximize hotel occupancy.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and consistency across all properties.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement training programs for hotel staff to maintain high levels of service and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' practices to identify potential opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote employee engagement and retention.
- Work closely with the regional and corporate teams to align on goals and objectives.
- Represent Hilton Hotels at industry events and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Operations Management Roles, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Properties And Achieving Financial Goals.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hotel Operations, Including Revenue Management, Budgeting, And Guest Satisfaction Metrics.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field, With A Preference For A Master's Degree.
