  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for assigned area.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, including conducting sales presentations and negotiations.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans and initiatives.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and target markets.
  7. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and addressing client needs and concerns.
  8. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments, trends, and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
  10. Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  11. Travel to different locations within the assigned area to attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  12. Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and results.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance with legal requirements.
  15. Represent Hilton Hotels in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Marketing, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.

  • Knowledge Of The Local Market And Industry Trends, With The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On Potential Sales Opportunities.
