  1. Conduct thorough analysis of data and reports to identify any potential risks or non-compliance within the Hilton Honors program.
  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all compliance regulations and company policies related to asset protection.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all processes and procedures are in line with compliance standards.
  4. Monitor and track compliance metrics and report any findings or discrepancies to management.
  5. Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify and address any potential issues or violations.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to improve overall compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  7. Communicate and train team members on compliance regulations and best practices.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in compliance regulations, and make recommendations for adjustments to company policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance activities and findings.
  10. Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, responding to any inquiries and providing necessary documentation.
  11. Identify areas for process improvement and provide suggestions for streamlining compliance procedures.
  12. Ensure all employees are informed and educated on compliance standards and their responsibilities in upholding them.
  13. Proactively identify and report any potential fraudulent activities or security breaches.
  14. Conduct periodic risk assessments and provide recommendations for minimizing potential risks.
  15. Act with integrity and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information related to compliance and asset protection.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Potential Risks And Develop Effective Solutions.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Loss Prevention Or Compliance Within The Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Local, State, And Federal Laws Related To Hotel Operations And Security.

  • Proficient In Using Technology And Data Analysis To Monitor And Report On Compliance Issues.
