Job Description

Hilton Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Analyst for Hilton Honors Loss Prevention & Compliance.   1. Conduct thorough analysis of Hilton Honors loss prevention procedures to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement.
  2. Utilize data and information to create reports and presentations for upper management.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving safety and security measures.
  4. Monitor and track incidents and investigate any potential fraudulent activity within the Hilton Honors program.
  5. Develop and implement training programs for hotel staff to ensure compliance with loss prevention procedures.
  6. Communicate and work closely with hotel management to address any issues or concerns related to loss prevention.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to loss prevention and compliance.
  8. Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance loss prevention efforts.
  9. Conduct regular audits and assessments of Hilton properties to ensure adherence to loss prevention and compliance protocols.
  10. Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to ensure all loss prevention and compliance policies are in line with company standards and legal requirements.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for guests and team members for any loss prevention or safety concerns.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any issues related to loss prevention in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all loss prevention activities and incidents.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve upon existing loss prevention procedures to ensure the safety and security of Hilton guests and team members.
  15. Act as a positive representative of Hilton Hotels by promoting a culture of safety and security throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
