
Analyst, Hilton Honors Loss Prevention & Compliance

- Conduct thorough analysis of Hilton Honors loss prevention procedures to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data and information to create reports and presentations for upper management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving safety and security measures.
- Monitor and track incidents and investigate any potential fraudulent activity within the Hilton Honors program.
- Develop and implement training programs for hotel staff to ensure compliance with loss prevention procedures.
- Communicate and work closely with hotel management to address any issues or concerns related to loss prevention.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to loss prevention and compliance.
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance loss prevention efforts.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of Hilton properties to ensure adherence to loss prevention and compliance protocols.
- Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to ensure all loss prevention and compliance policies are in line with company standards and legal requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for guests and team members for any loss prevention or safety concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any issues related to loss prevention in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all loss prevention activities and incidents.
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon existing loss prevention procedures to ensure the safety and security of Hilton guests and team members.
- Act as a positive representative of Hilton Hotels by promoting a culture of safety and security throughout the organization.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Compliance Or Risk Management Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Hilton Honors Program And Loyalty Systems.
