Job Description

As an Analyst for Hilton Honors Loss Prevention & Compliance, you will play a critical role in protecting the integrity and reputation of Hilton Hotels. You will work closely with various teams to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.   1. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns that may indicate potential risks or compliance issues.
  4. Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on loss prevention and compliance best practices.
  5. Investigate and resolve any reported incidents or violations of company policies and procedures.
  6. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure Hilton Hotels remains in compliance.
  7. Conduct audits and reviews of internal processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of loss prevention and compliance measures to senior management.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all loss prevention and compliance activities.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies, to aid in loss prevention efforts.
  11. Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of ethics and integrity within the organization.
  12. Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment in loss prevention and compliance efforts.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential reputational risks for Hilton Hotels.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve loss prevention and compliance processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention, Compliance, Or Risk Management.

  • Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Patterns In Data.

  • Knowledge Of Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Hotel Operations, Such As Labor Laws, Safety Regulations, And Privacy Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Guests, And Outside Agencies.
