Job Description

Welcome to Hilton Hotels! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Analyst for our Hilton Honors Loss Prevention & Compliance department. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and security of our Hilton Honors program, while also maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.   1. Conduct regular audits and reviews of Hilton Honors program to identify any potential fraudulent activity and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  2. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and patterns that may indicate fraudulent activity.
  3. Investigate and resolve any reported incidents of fraud or non-compliance within the Hilton Honors program.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect fraudulent activity.
  5. Monitor and maintain the security of Hilton Honors member accounts, including identifying and addressing any suspicious behavior.
  6. Provide support and guidance to team members and partners on matters related to loss prevention and compliance.
  7. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the Hilton Honors program.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices related to loss prevention and compliance.
  9. Communicate with Hilton Honors members regarding any security breaches or potential fraud incidents.
  10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to loss prevention and compliance with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  11. Produce regular reports on the status of loss prevention and compliance efforts within the Hilton Honors program.
  12. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to loss prevention and compliance.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information related to the Hilton Honors program.
  14. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of the Hilton Honors Loss Prevention & Compliance department.
  15. Represent Hilton Hotels in a professional manner and contribute to a positive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Potential Risks And Develop Effective Solutions.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention, Compliance, Or Risk Management In The Hospitality Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Hilton's Policies And Procedures, As Well As Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Loss Prevention And Compliance.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Teams And Present Findings And Recommendations To Senior Management.
