  1. Conduct regular audits and investigations to ensure compliance with Hilton Honors program policies and procedures.
  2. Monitor and analyze data related to guest reservations, transactions, and interactions to identify potential fraud or compliance issues.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and teams to develop and implement strategies for preventing and detecting fraudulent activities.
  4. Review and analyze internal and external reports to identify trends and patterns that may indicate fraudulent activity.
  5. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all compliance processes and procedures.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to educate team members on fraud prevention and compliance best practices.
  7. Conduct regular reviews of Hilton Honors program policies and procedures to identify potential areas of improvement.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fraud prevention and compliance to ensure Hilton Hotels remains at the forefront of these efforts.
  9. Communicate regularly with management to report on compliance issues, trends, and recommendations.
  10. Foster a culture of compliance and ethics within the department and across the organization.
  11. Act as a liaison between Hilton Hotels and external partners, such as law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies, in matters related to fraud prevention and compliance.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the department.
  15. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention, Compliance, Or Risk Management Role.

  • Knowledge Of Hilton Honors Program And Understanding Of Loyalty Program Compliance Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Analyze Data And Identify Trends, Patterns, And Potential Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Findings And Recommendations.
