
Analyst, Hilton Honors Loss Prevention & Compliance

- Conduct thorough analyses and investigations to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the Hilton Honors program and hotel operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Monitor and track compliance with company policies and procedures, and identify areas for improvement or potential non-compliance.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify patterns, trends, and potential threats to the safety and security of guests and team members.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Hilton Honors program and its associated policies and procedures.
- Train and educate team members on safety and security protocols, and ensure adherence to these protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for any safety or security-related incidents, and assist in their resolution and follow-up.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to loss prevention and compliance.
- Represent the Hilton brand with professionalism and integrity, and maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards guests and team members.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Loss Prevention, Compliance, Or Risk Management.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Strong Understanding Of Hilton Honors Program And Related Policies And Procedures.
