Welcome to the Hilton Hotels team! We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Hilton Honors Loss Prevention & Compliance department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and team members, as well as maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.   1. Conduct thorough analyses and investigations to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the Hilton Honors program and hotel operations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  3. Monitor and track compliance with company policies and procedures, and identify areas for improvement or potential non-compliance.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to identify patterns, trends, and potential threats to the safety and security of guests and team members.
  5. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Hilton Honors program and its associated policies and procedures.
  6. Train and educate team members on safety and security protocols, and ensure adherence to these protocols.
  7. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for any safety or security-related incidents, and assist in their resolution and follow-up.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to loss prevention and compliance.
  10. Represent the Hilton brand with professionalism and integrity, and maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards guests and team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Loss Prevention, Compliance, Or Risk Management.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hilton Honors Program And Related Policies And Procedures.
