  1. Conduct regular and thorough analysis of Hilton Honors systems and processes to identify potential risks and areas of non-compliance.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve compliance issues.
  4. Monitor and analyze data related to Hilton Honors program to identify trends and potential risks.
  5. Prepare and present reports on compliance status, risk assessments, and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our compliance processes are effective and efficient.
  7. Conduct regular training and education sessions for team members to promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
  8. Assist in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to Hilton Honors program compliance.
  9. Conduct investigations into potential compliance violations and work with appropriate teams to resolve any issues.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance-related activities and reports.
  11. Participate in audits and other compliance reviews as needed.
  12. Uphold ethical standards and act with integrity in all aspects of the job.
  13. Continuously improve and streamline processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive approach to compliance and risk management.
  15. Represent Hilton Hotels in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention, Compliance, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Data And Identify Trends.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Team Members And Other Departments.
