Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial role in protecting our brand and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.   1. Conduct thorough analysis of security and compliance procedures to identify potential risks and suggest improvements.
  2. Monitor and identify any suspicious activities or potential threats to the safety and security of guests and team members.
  3. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures to minimize loss and maintain compliance with company policies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all departments are adhering to security and compliance protocols.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify any areas of improvement.
  6. Create and maintain comprehensive reports on security incidents, compliance violations, and loss prevention efforts.
  7. Train and educate team members on security and compliance policies and procedures.
  8. Respond to and investigate security incidents and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with law enforcement and other external agencies.
  11. Monitor and manage the use of surveillance and security equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  12. Act as a point of contact for guests and team members for any security or compliance-related concerns.
  13. Conduct regular risk assessments and make recommendations for security and compliance enhancements.
  14. Ensure all incidents and investigations are handled in a confidential and sensitive manner.
  15. Uphold the company's values and code of conduct while carrying out all job responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Loss Prevention Or Compliance Role, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hilton Honors Policies And Procedures, As Well As Industry Regulations And Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Detail-Oriented And Analytical Mindset, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Potential Compliance Issues.
