Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Finance: A Strong Foundation In Accounting Principles And Financial Analysis Is Essential For This Role.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Relevant Work Experience: Previous Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry, Is Highly Desirable.
Proficient In Financial Software And Systems: Knowledge Of Accounting Software, Such As Sap Or Quickbooks, And Advanced Excel Skills Are Necessary For Performing Financial Analysis And Reporting.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Analyze Financial Data, Identify Trends, And Make Recommendations Is Crucial For This Position.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Accounting Analyst, You Will Be Working Closely With Various Departments And Stakeholders, So Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Relationships Are Essential.
