1. Conduct regular financial analysis to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
2. Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and proper recording of transactions.
4. Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
5. Maintain and update financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
7. Identify areas of potential cost savings and make recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
8. Communicate financial information and analysis to management and provide insights for decision making.
9. Stay current with accounting regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
10. Participate in the month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
11. Support internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
13. Train and mentor junior accounting staff on accounting processes and procedures.
14. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to ethical standards.
15. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with all team members.
