Network Engineer

Performs network engineering, installation, setup, configuration, upgrades, advanced troubleshooting for enterprise routing and switching environments, virtual private networking (VPN), firewalls, voice communications infrastructure/systems (including Voice Over IP), and wireless networking & monitoring systems. Provides Tier 2 & Tier 3 technical support for escalated complex issues supporting multiple infrastructure platforms related to enterprise routing & switching environments. Works with vendors, clients, carriers, and other technical staff to resolve technical issues related to vendor-specific. Performs project management duties on complex technology projects in accordance with established project management methodology. Performs public records searches as requested per established policies and procedures.
