- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular vendor assessments and provide recommendations for contract renewals or terminations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that drive vendor performance and optimize business outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on vendor management, providing guidance and support to other team members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
