Job Description

Highmark Health is seeking an experienced UKG Dimensions Analyst to join our team and help us deliver superior healthcare experiences to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our UKG Dimensions system, while ensuring our system is in compliance with internal and external standards. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and improving UKG Dimensions systems, as well as a dedication to providing excellent customer service.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration, and at least 3 years of experience working with UKG Dimensions. Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of database structures and software development methodologies, as well as experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.If you are passionate about leveraging technology to improve healthcare experiences for customers and you have the necessary qualifications, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and enhance UKG Dimensions system to ensure system compliance with internal and external standards.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as needed.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
  4. Monitor and improve UKG Dimensions system performance.
  5. Monitor and analyze system health, availability, and security.
  6. Develop and maintain database structures and software development methodologies.
  7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective system integration.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase system efficiency.
  9. Document system processes and procedures.
  10. Provide training and support to other team members.
