2. Monitor and track all transport services operations.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
4. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to improve the efficiency of transport services.
5. Troubleshoot any issues that arise in the course of transport operations.
6. Assist with training and onboarding of new employees.
7. Monitor and update records related to transport services.
8. Provide customer service and support to all customers.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
