As a supervisor, you will oversee a team responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date provider information within our system.   • Lead a team of provider information management specialists to ensure accurate and timely maintenance of provider data within the system
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices for data management and communication with providers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and finance, to identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate with providers and internal stakeholders to gather and verify information and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on industry standards and trends in healthcare information management to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage team workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve department goals
  • Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance evaluations for team members
  • Participate in departmental and company-wide meetings and initiatives to drive strategic goals and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Health Information Management Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Health Information Management Or Provider Relations

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Including Hipaa And Hitech

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills

  • Experience Managing A Team And Implementing Process Improvements In Provider Information Management Systems
