  1. Assist with legal research and analysis on various topics related to healthcare law.
  2. Support attorneys with drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, policies, and correspondence.
  3. Attend meetings, hearings, and court proceedings to observe and take notes.
  4. Help prepare presentations and reports on legal issues for internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with other interns and team members to complete projects and tasks in a timely manner.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of legal documents and information.
  7. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge of legal procedures and practices.
  8. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with legal regulations and requirements.
  9. Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents with state and federal agencies.
  10. Communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties to gather and exchange information.
  11. Monitor and track legislative and regulatory changes that may impact the organization.
  12. Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
  13. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by supervising attorneys.
  14. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  15. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Currently Enrolled In A Top-Ranked Law School With A Focus On Healthcare Or Corporate Law.

  • Strong Academic Record With A Minimum Gpa Of 3.5.

  • Demonstrated Interest In The Healthcare Industry Through Coursework, Internships, Or Extracurricular Activities.

  • Excellent Research, Writing, And Communication Skills.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With A High Level Of Professionalism And Confidentiality.
