- Assist in the financial planning and analysis operations of our health plans.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations.

Strong Financial Acumen: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Financial Concepts And Be Able To Analyze And Interpret Financial Data. This Includes Experience With Financial Modeling, Forecasting, And Budgeting.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry: A Basic Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Its Financial Landscape Is Necessary For This Role. Familiarity With Healthcare Regulations And Reimbursement Processes Will Be A Plus.
Analytical Skills: The Intern Should Have Strong Analytical Skills, Including The Ability To Identify Trends And Patterns In Data, And Make Data-Driven Recommendations. Proficiency In Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools Is Required.
Communication Skills: The Intern Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written. They Should Be Able To Effectively Present Complex Financial Information To A Non-Financial Audience And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Attention To Detail: The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Work With Large Datasets Accurately. They Should Also Be Able To Identify And Troubleshoot Any Discrepancies In Financial Data.
