As an intern, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare industry.   1. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, leaders, and stakeholders.
  2. Assist in the planning and execution of community events and initiatives.
  3. Conduct research on community needs and trends to inform program development.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company values and goals.
  5. Represent Highmark Health at community events and meetings.
  6. Communicate effectively with community members to promote and educate them about Highmark Health's mission and services.
  7. Create and distribute marketing materials to promote community programs and events.
  8. Coordinate volunteer opportunities for employees to engage in community service.
  9. Attend meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge of community health and wellness.
  10. Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation of community outreach efforts.
  12. Continuously seek out ways to improve and expand community outreach efforts.
  13. Act as a positive and professional representative of Highmark Health in all interactions.
  14. Demonstrate a strong commitment to social responsibility and community involvement.
  15. Embrace and embody Highmark Health's mission and values in all aspects of the internship.
