  • State Licensure: A Valid State Licensure As A Social Worker Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The Necessary Requirements And Is Authorized To Practice Social Work In Their State.

  • Experience In Case Management: Previous Experience In Case Management Is Highly Desirable For This Role. It Demonstrates The Candidate's Ability To Effectively Coordinate And Advocate For Clients, As Well As Navigate Complex Systems And Resources.

  • Knowledge Of Health Care Systems: A Strong Understanding Of Health Care Systems And Resources Is Crucial For A Case Manager At Highmark Health. This Includes Knowledge Of Insurance Coverage, Medical Terminology, And Community Resources For Health And Social Services.
