Senior Strategy Development Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Strategy Development Analyst to join Highmark Health's Strategy & Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is interested in leading our strategic initiatives and developing innovative solutions.The Senior Strategy Development Analyst will be responsible for managing the development of strategic initiatives, analyzing market trends, and assessing new business opportunities. This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, sound business acumen, and the ability to think outside the box.We are seeking a professional with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in a strategy role, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a strong understanding of financial analysis. A Master's degree or other advanced degree is preferred. The ability to think analytically and strategically in order to develop effective business solutions is a must.
