
Senior Project Manager
Highmark Health is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams in designing and executing project plans that meet customer needs and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and identify any areas of risk or potential improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track and report on project progress and provide reports to stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate all resources, both internal and external, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Assess the viability of project proposals and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare and review cost estimates, budget forecasts, and other financial reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to ensure successful project completion.
- Create and implement project management best practices.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior project managers.
