Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Lead project teams in designing and executing project plans that meet customer needs and deadlines.
2. Monitor project progress and identify any areas of risk or potential improvement.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Track and report on project progress and provide reports to stakeholders.
5. Manage and coordinate all resources, both internal and external, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
6. Assess the viability of project proposals and provide recommendations to senior management.
7. Prepare and review cost estimates, budget forecasts, and other financial reports.
8. Identify and implement process improvements to ensure successful project completion.
9. Create and implement project management best practices.
10. Provide training and mentorship to junior project managers.
