  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Pharmacy Operations team.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of pharmacy operations.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in pharmacy operations.
  9. Develop and manage departmental budgets and resources.
  10. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.
  11. Act as a liaison between the Pharmacy Operations team and other departments within the organization.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  13. Foster a culture of excellence and customer service within the Pharmacy Operations team.
  14. Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
  16. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Pharmacy Operations, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field, With A Preference For A Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Pharmacy Operations, Including Inventory Management, Medication Safety, And Workflow Processes.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Industry Trends, With The Ability To Adapt Strategies And Processes Accordingly.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
