  1. Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  2. Translate customer needs into clear and concise functional requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to develop and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and refine product features and functionality.
  6. Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams and stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
  7. Conduct regular product reviews and provide recommendations for improvement based on customer feedback and market changes.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on product features and functionality, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  9. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating them into our products.
  10. Play a key role in product launch and rollout, ensuring all functional requirements are met and the product meets customer expectations.
  11. Monitor and analyze product performance and usage data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  12. Act as a liaison between the product team and other departments within the organization, providing updates and gathering feedback on product initiatives.
  13. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  14. Adhere to project timelines and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of products and features.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and workflows, driving efficiency and effectiveness within the product team.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Product Analyst In A Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Product Development Life Cycle And Experience In Agile Methodology.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Analyze And Interpret Complex Data To Inform Product Strategy And Decision Making.
