  1. Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to drive financial performance and support decision-making.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.
  6. Identify and recommend cost-saving measures and process improvements to optimize financial performance.
  7. Conduct industry and market research to stay updated on trends and developments in the healthcare sector.
  8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies and procedures.
  9. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior financial analysts to support their professional growth and development.
  10. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
  11. Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to provide financial expertise and support.
  12. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to senior management.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Continuously assess and improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  15. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement them to enhance financial analysis and reporting.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Or Cpa Certification Preferred.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.

  • Proven Experience In Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Modeling.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Information To Stakeholders At All Levels.
