
Senior Employee Relations Consultant

- Provide expert guidance and support to employees and leaders on a wide range of employee relations matters.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Utilize a deep understanding of employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
- Proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues, working to find solutions that benefit both employees and the organization.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring a fair and thorough process.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee relations, recommending improvements and updates as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and leaders, serving as a resource and point of contact for employee relations matters.
- Provide training and coaching to managers and supervisors on effective employee relations practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all employee relations activities and investigations.
- Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Continuously assess and improve employee relations processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate and collaborate with legal counsel as needed to address complex employee relations matters.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to employee relations as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Large Corporate Environment
Expert Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws, Eeoc Regulations, And Hr Best Practices
Strong Conflict Resolution, Mediation, And Problem-Solving Skills
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With All Levels Of Employees And Management
