  3. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and communicate data-driven recommendations.

  5. Identify trends and patterns: Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and drive performance improvement.
  6. Monitor and report on key metrics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to leadership.
  7. Conduct research and benchmarking: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices through research and benchmarking, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Maintain data integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through data validation and quality control processes.
  9. Communicate findings and recommendations: Present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders, and provide actionable recommendations based on analysis.
  10. Stay updated on industry regulations: Keep up-to-date with regulations and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry and ensure data analysis is in alignment with these standards.
  11. Mentor and train junior analysts: Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, and assist in their professional development.
  12. Uphold company values: Embody the company's mission and values in all work and interactions with stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Analytics, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Decision Support Or Financial Analysis.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Experience With Data Visualization Tools And Advanced Excel Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
