  2. Utilize expertise in billing systems and processes to identify and resolve any billing discrepancies.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing billing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements to billing processes and systems.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with billing procedures and regulations.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in billing and recommend process improvements as needed.
  7. Train and mentor junior billing analysts to ensure a high level of performance within the team.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of billing activities and communicate any issues or concerns to management.
  9. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  10. Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex billing issues and develop effective solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Customer Billing Or Revenue Management.

  • Proficiency In Financial Analysis, Including Data Manipulation And Interpretation.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Billing Systems And Software, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
