Senior Clinical & Population Health Analyst

Highmark Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Clinical & Population Health Analyst to join our team. This position will be responsible for driving meaningful insights into clinical and population health data to help drive data-driven decisions that improve patient outcomes, and ultimately, reduce health care costs. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or Statistics• Five or more years of experience in healthcare analytics, data analysis, or a related field• Thorough understanding of healthcare data sources, including claims, clinical, and population health• Experience in developing and using data-driven models for healthcare decision-making• Strong quantitative analysis skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, or SQL• Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
