  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Develop and implement strategic account management plans to drive business growth and increase client satisfaction.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their current and future needs and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the market to effectively position Highmark Health's products and services to clients.
  9. Handle any escalated client issues and complaints, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  10. Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and coaching to help them achieve their goals.
  11. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and activities.
  12. Represent Highmark Health at industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand.
  13. Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Client Management Or Account Management In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Accounts, With A Focus On Building Strong Relationships And Meeting Financial Targets.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Competitive Landscape.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Information And Solutions To Clients At All Levels.
