The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and decision-maker with a keen eye for detail.The Security Operations Center Dispatcher is responsible for monitoring and responding to security alarms and events in real-time. The Security Operations Center Dispatcher will act as the initial point of contact for security incidents and will be responsible for providing instructions to staff, security personnel, and emergency services in response to security alarms and events.Required qualifications include: • High school diploma or equivalent• Proven experience in the security industry, preferably in a similar role• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Proficiency in the use of computers, especially security systems• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment• Ability to maintain confidentiality• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)• Flexible schedule to meet operational needsIf you possess all of the above qualifications, and you are passionate about providing a safe and secure environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and respond to security alarms and events in real-time.
  2. Provide instructions to staff, security personnel, and emergency services in response to security alarms and events.
  3. Maintain confidentiality of security systems and personnel.
  4. Analyze security system data to identify potential security threats and take appropriate action.
  5. Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
  6. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Train and educate staff on security protocols.
  8. Prepare and submit reports on security incidents.
  9. Work closely with security personnel to ensure optimal security operations.
  10. Provide support to other departments as needed.
