  1. Provide respiratory care to patients with various breathing disorders.
  2. Assess patients' respiratory needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  3. Administer respiratory treatments, including aerosol therapy, chest physiotherapy, and oxygen therapy.
  4. Monitor and evaluate patients' responses to treatments and make necessary adjustments.
  5. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
  6. Educate patients and their families on respiratory health, disease management, and treatment options.
  7. Document all care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
  8. Maintain and operate respiratory equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
  9. Stay up-to-date on new developments and advancements in respiratory therapy.
  10. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  11. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
  12. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  13. Adhere to professional and ethical standards in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
  14. Participate in continuing education and training to maintain licensure and enhance skills.
  15. Act as a resource and mentor to less experienced respiratory therapists on the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or Related Field

  • Current Respiratory Therapist (Rrt) Certification From The National Board For Respiratory Care (Nbrc)

  • State Licensure As A Respiratory Therapist

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting

  • Knowledge Of Advanced Respiratory Care Techniques And Equipment, Such As Mechanical Ventilation And Cardiopulmonary Diagnostics
