  4. Educate patients and their families: Educate patients and their families on their respiratory conditions, treatment plans, and self-management techniques to improve their quality of life.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.
  6. Document patient care: Accurately and thoroughly document all procedures, treatments, and patient responses in medical records.
  7. Utilize advanced technology: Use advanced respiratory equipment and technology, such as ventilators and oxygen delivery systems, to provide the best care to patients.
  8. Maintain equipment: Ensure all respiratory equipment is properly maintained and functioning correctly to ensure the safety of patients and staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Valid And Current State Licensure As A Respiratory Therapist.

  • Cpr And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Acute Care.

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
