Job Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In Good Standing With The State Nursing Board.

  • Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree Or Higher From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse, Preferably In A Community Or Public Health Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Care Coordination And Case Management.
