  1. Provide excellent and compassionate care to patients in the Critical Care unit.
  2. Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  3. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to the care plan as needed.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  6. Utilize critical thinking skills to make quick and accurate decisions in emergency situations.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient information and care provided.
  9. Adhere to all company and unit policies, procedures, and protocols.
  10. Stay current with advancements and developments in critical care nursing through continuous education and training.
  11. Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
  12. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  13. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
  14. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  15. Demonstrate professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.
  16. Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings as required.
  17. Serve as a role model to other staff members by displaying a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Equivalent Education And Experience.

  • Current And Valid Registered Nurse License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Critical Care Nursing.

  • Certification In Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Basic Life Support (Bls).

  • Strong Assessment, Critical Thinking, And Communication Skills.
