  1. Collaborate with healthcare providers in the New York network to implement innovative strategies that enhance the delivery of care.
  2. Utilize your expertise as a registered nurse to guide and support providers in improving the quality of care for Highmark Health members.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with providers to foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform and guide provider transformation initiatives.
  5. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in provider performance and patient outcomes.
  6. Develop and deliver training and educational programs to providers to enhance their understanding of Highmark Health's goals and initiatives.
  7. Actively participate in provider meetings and forums to gather feedback and address any concerns or challenges.
  8. Serve as a liaison between providers and internal teams, effectively communicating provider needs and collaborating on solutions.
  9. Monitor and track progress of provider transformation initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.
  10. Embody Highmark Health's mission and values, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and commitment to transforming the healthcare industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (Rn) License In New York State: The Provider Transformation Specialist Must Hold A Valid Rn License In The State Of New York, Ensuring They Are Knowledgeable About State-Specific Regulations And Requirements.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Transformation: This Role Requires A Candidate With A Strong Background In Healthcare Transformation, With A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Leading Initiatives In This Area.

  • Strong Understanding Of Provider Operations And Workflows: The Provider Transformation Specialist Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Provider Operations And Workflows, Including Knowledge Of Clinical Processes, Revenue Cycle Management, And Quality Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Liaison Between Highmark Health And Providers, The Specialist Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Establish And Maintain Relationships With Various Stakeholders.

  • Proven Project Management And Analytical Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate With Strong Project Management And Analytical Skills, Including The Ability To Develop And Execute Project Plans, Analyze Data, And Make Data-Driven Recommendations For Improvement.
