- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet the needs of Highmark Health's valued providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with providers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Drive growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand provider partnerships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned providers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Utilize data and industry knowledge to proactively identify potential challenges and develop solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and success in meeting provider needs.
- Monitor and analyze provider performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all provider interactions and activities.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with providers, both verbally and in writing.
- Stay informed of industry trends and changes, and use this knowledge to inform and improve strategic plans.
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by company leadership.
- Travel to provider locations as needed to build and maintain relationships.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the role.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Competitive Landscape.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Account Management Or Sales, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Strategic Accounts And Driving Growth.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills.
