1. Develop and write high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other requests for new business opportunities.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and inputs for proposals.
3. Translate complex technical and business information into clear and compelling proposal content.
4. Ensure all proposals are aligned with Highmark Health's brand and messaging guidelines.
5. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to inform proposal strategy and messaging.
