Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and motivated individual to join our team at Highmark Health as Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.The successful Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and managing a wide variety of projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and in line with company goals. This person will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure project success and will act as a reliable resource for team members.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field• Previous experience in project coordination or management• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and project management software• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyIf this sounds like the perfect role for you, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Identify potential risks associated with assigned projects and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  3. Monitor progress of projects and report regularly to stakeholders.
  4. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
  5. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external team members.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  7. Manage assigned projects and ensure that milestones and deadlines are met.
  8. Prepare and present project-related presentations to management.
  9. Facilitate project meetings and ensure meeting agendas are followed.
  10. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
